Extraordinary General Meeting 24th April 2026
A special meeting is scheduled to take place in St. Mary’s Primary School, Newcastle on Friday 24th April 2026 at 9.00pm.
The only item of business before the meeting will be the following resolution. “The Management Committee have agreed a revised version of the Club’s Constitution and recommend its approval by the members in accordance with Paragraph 19 of the Constitution.
”The principal changes relate to improved succession planning by increasing the number of elected officer positions to five and the overall size of the committee to twelve.
These changes and other less significant ones will be explained at the meeting before the vote is taken.
